There is a Ghanaian (Ga) adage that goes thus “kɛ ofee moko nɔɔ dzogbaa boo nɔ baahi.” Transliterated: “if you do someone’s well, yours will go well too.” When the elders and sages coined this adage they had an understanding of service and faithfulness that can be helpful as we prepare for positions of leadership.
The fact remains that none of us is born leading.
